Additional Info: This was a luxurious spec home we built that was purposed to be a primary residence or a stunning vacation home near some of southern Utah’s best outdoor spots. (Next to Sand Hollow State Park, Zion National Park, and state-of-the-art golf courses). All landscaping and pool work was done by us as well.
